Who is responsible

What the contact form collects
When you send an enquiry, we receive the fields you filled in and nothing else:
- Name, email address and company (required)
- Phone number, project type, budget range and timeline (optional)
- Your message and any files you attach (optional)
What our server records
Our web server keeps standard request logs: IP address, browser and operating system, the page requested and the time. These logs exist to keep the site running and to spot abuse. They are not linked to your enquiry and are not used to build a profile.
Why we use it, and on what basis
Your enquiry is used to answer you and, if it goes further, to prepare a proposal. That is our legitimate interest in responding to someone who contacted us, and the step before a possible contract. We do not use it for marketing, we do not add you to any list, and we do not sell or share it with anyone for their own purposes.
Cookies and reCAPTCHA
The site sets no cookies of its own and does not track you. The only third-party script is Google reCAPTCHA, which protects the contact form from automated abuse. reCAPTCHA sets cookies and sends technical data, including your IP address and browsing behaviour on the page, to Google, potentially outside Switzerland and the EU.
Because of that, reCAPTCHA only loads if you accept it in the banner. If you decline, the script is never loaded and the form still works: your message reaches us and is simply marked as unverified. Your choice is stored in your browser, not on our servers, and you can change it by clearing your site data.
Who else sees your enquiry
Your enquiry is delivered as an email to our own mailboxes, hosted by Hostinger, our email provider. It is not copied into a CRM, an analytics tool or an advertising platform. Apart from Google in the reCAPTCHA case described above, no other third party receives it.
How long we keep it
Enquiries stay in our mailbox for as long as the conversation may plausibly continue, and are deleted when they are clearly no longer relevant. Where a project follows, the correspondence is kept for the duration of the contract and the retention periods Swiss law requires for business records. Server logs are kept for a short operational period and then rotated out.
Your rights
Under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection and, where it applies to you, the GDPR, you can ask what data we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and object to our use of it. Write to us through the contact form and we will answer within one working day and act on it promptly. If you are in the EU or Switzerland and are unhappy with how we handled your request, you may complain to your data protection authority.
Changes
If we add anything that touches your data, an analytics tool for instance, we will update this page and the date above before switching it on.
